Is the consecrated ground flask really worth it? Shouldn't we be using another defensive flask or something?

The 'Sinvicta-swap' is obviously super annoying because you will lose your reserved mana form your shield gems. Imo not worth it unless I miss something?

That's because the author hasn't returned since the league was started.

Yes, you should get it. Then bind Enduring Cry to left click to always have 3 endurance charges.

You shouldn't need to drop anything since you'll be fine on passives until you are ready for cluster jewels. Once you reach cluster jewels, don't bother with Megalomaniac.

It's good, but it's a shame we can't pick up + maximum endurance charges.

If we're dropping Megalomanic, do you just leave a whole medium socket empty? Seems kind of rough-- Cooked Alive, Cremator, and another Fettle are preeetty good.

The guide covers this. You should not put any mana-reserving gems in your weapon and shield for this reason.

Your wand has the trigger craft and no spellslinger. Your shield has shield charge. Neither reserve mana, allowing you to swap.

You should use items and nodes that reduce the mana reserved.

When you get Frenzy you use that as the main attack to trigger the SS?
