It's not 60% less. You are losing about 17% damage with the "Charged Slam" mechanic since it only triggered with a 35% chance. We also have to consider that there may be numerical changes to balance this. It's also possible that "it instead counts Endurance Charges to grant more Area of Effect and additional damaging cracks in the ground" will make up for lost damage if the additional cracks can hit the same enemy.
Can we get leap slam to be usable unarmed? it's kinda depressing having to use flame dash or just dash on an attacks build. also for gods sake let whirling blades pass through terrain like other dashes do
Great content, but what is being done towards the single target dps with slams? at best can someone tell me plz if multiple cracks in tectonic slam ( which looks amazing, gg ) can affect the same enemy? looking to see if bossing gets better with tectonic slam - no the new support gem is not enough :P, you're sacrificing another support for that.... i mean the loss of charged slams in tectonic slams needs to be compensated somehow

Ok, so 1h and dw got impale. Works great when hitting fast.

So now that they wanna promote slow big 2handers how about attacksupports that scales with just that. I mean if i am gonna be moving and hitting slow as shit it's gotta be hitting for millions per hit for it to be worth it.

Spells got Archmage support for brands previous league.
How about a attacksupport that scales off Life, armor, low attackspeed and only works while wielding a two-hander or some shit.

Make skills like EQ not scale off of attackspeed at all, make it 0.1sec "attacktime" and then keep that aftershock-delay as is.

No matter what it will be interesting to see how 3.11 will end up!!!



if you want to push the slow gamestyle, change monsters/layouts/mechanics. zoom zoom is there for a reason, movement = life.

did the slow groundslam once...just makes everything harder for no reason, even if you would push more damage.

you are aware that you can make warcries instant and put them on your move button, so they getting cast automatically as long as you are moving?


In D2 you would warcry once for each type of warcry you had and it would last you and your party like 1/2 the level. I don't object to situational short-burst warcries but having every warcry function this way on some gimmick move auto-trigger is silly. Oh yeah and the sfx for these cries still sucks. I like jewel system that gives more classes effective warcry capability without having to be a specific class to use them, but so far that is the only positive in GGGs take on warcries.
