Even the "high budget" build doesn't work, i can barely do regular T16, i change few things to be resistances capped and a 20Div bow to clear a T16 ( and like dying 3/4 times). this was a all in investment of 250+ div ... league is over for me

You can check my gear, we can discuss this futher im not here just to complain.
might be playable on party, but do not try this on kalandra league

You hardly have any gear left but it seems you're not using a HH so that is definitely not the high budget build.
I agree though that there are a lot of issues with this build this league even with a HH. The changes to rares and most importantly beyond have taken away a lot of HH's power which is essential to MF.

For the average poe player the budget build is a trap imo. If you are not highly knowledgable and keen on using 5 portals per map i wouldnt bother. I can't speak for the medium/high budget versions.

I have to say though the quality of the guide is quite good, active discord with faqs and nicely organized excel sheets for the different budgets.
