I've explained the rework of the Viper in a previous post.
In short : Mahuxotl shield + Cowl of the Thermophile = no need for fire res and you don't take any cold and lightning dmg.

This rework has been more difficult.
With the loss of Tinctures from Affliction, we lose like 65% of dmg.
So I have added a large cluster jewel + a second medium cluster with Low Tolerance.
Slightly reworked the skill tree to put these clusters.
Survivability was too bad with The Covenant, so I have chosen The Perfect Form instead.

Now, we have ~50% of the dmg from Affliction league. But without the wisps to buff them, the enemies are way less tanky. So you can continue to explode packs with a single hit !

I'm excited to show you a complete rework for the Mamba.

With this new version, you will feel like a true Assassin, ambushing your enemies and killing them with a single deadly poison.

DPS :
* With The Perfect Form, 9M. (As good as in Affliction league, when we had the Poisonberry Tincture.)
* With The Covenant, 16M.

/!\ I use The Perfect Form for general mapping. The Covenant can be used for bosses. To use the Covenant at all times, you will need a Mageblood, otherwise you will be too squishy.

Gearing



Main changes :

* A Rebuke sword is replaced with Bino's Kitchen dagger for a huge poison proliferation. Combined with Profane Bloom, you get Chaosplosions prolif !

* The other Rebuke can be replaced with a better rare sword.

* Stacking 4 Low Tolerance notables + poison mastery. Total : 1500% inc dmg with the single poison of Mamba !

* Despair is now applied by a Skitterbot, via Profane Proxy ring.

* Improved mana reservation to add Grace.

* The Vertex helmet for evasion, chaos res, +1 level to gems. Optimized setup with Withering Steps + level 4 Enhance to instantly apply 15 wither stacks.

* Increased Melee range for better strikes.
