Assuming Archmage isn't completely un-useable after the nerfs and Arcanist Brand isn't completely terrible I'm thinking I'll try this with Ball Lightning brands sometime in 3.11.

This build is probably not changing that much. Chris said Brand Recall will cost % of The initial. The only way for this to screw the build is for the cost to be 16.67% of initial cost per brand. So we may need to drop a fevered mind or cut down the amount of brands. We may also need to re-cast brands every x amount of seconds, but I don't see it completely breaking this build.

Brand recall no-longer refreshes duration and costs a portion of the mana of the brands to use. We were prepared for this bois. Let me introduce you to our lord and savior... spell echo.
