What can realistically be used for large cluster in 3.11? The large cluster you recommend was already difficult to create in Delirium league and selling for 10ex with 8 passives. Now it is even harder to roll the desired 3 notable + 2 jewels. With 2 jewels at 1/3 of their previous weight and most notables at 1/5 or worse weight, it can be 500 times harder to roll the perfect cluster.
