This is a bit misleading. I started playing this in Heist, and the build was still super strong without harvest.
A lot tankier, mode damage and clear speed that a ton of builds.
I'm going to play it again this league, I'll make a league version guide if you don't plan to support that anymore, I'd rather not rip off your build if you would like to provide support though.
If you really believe there are other options do you reccomend any other god tier builds zzang.
If you make a viable league build out of this i can link your PoB into the guide as soon as you post it here and remove the standard only tag. Also im not stopping you from trying this build out in league its definitely no league starter though.
You asked me about upcomming God Tier builds:
Agnostic/MoM/Indigon with Petrified Blood will be the omega LUL meta.
The build will be immortal and probably oneshot all challenges from the task masters with mines.
Why Petrified Blood + Indigon?
It will make the build immortal because Indigon interacts with Petrified Blood so you recovery life from a mana flask as if it was a life flask (confirmed by GGG on reddit). Meaning Agnostic wont drain mana constantly as you will always have full health automatically since your uptime of mana flask is 100% and you get the insane Petrified Blood death protection.
I could see this as one of the Top HC builds as well if the HC dudes manage the get the gears together.
Needless to say mana mechanics will be hammered next patch in 3 months as this meta will be dominating the league. I think thats GGGs long term plan looking for justification to nerf mana mechanics MoM/Agnostics/Indigon/Arcane Cloak.

If anyone needs some tips on this build I'm going to be league starting with it tomorrow for the third season in a row. Played it without harvest, feel free to PM.
Starting with a Life VD/DD going to transition on day 3-4.
If anyone is worried about this in 3.14, look at OP's videos from 3.10 where harvest did not exist.

If i wasnt so burned out from this patch i would league start as a miner and build towards Indigon/MoM/Agnostic with Petrified Blood then i would make a guide where it becomes 300+pages meta and gets nerfed at the end of league.
But 3.14 is a solid skip for me. Time to take it a bit slower.

whats the numbers in terms of single targe dps we see in general from your or the users who try to play this build? just so I can get an idea of the dps compareed to other builds.
my current plan is to league start with carrion golem and then transition into this LL VD+DD build after Ive farmed some currency for it.

I cant really tell dps numbers, however without harvest this league it will be slightly harder to giga pump. You will still kill Sirus last phase in under 5-6 seconds. Clearing The Feared in about 30-45 seconds. Its insane damage even without the non craftable Harvest Helm.

I personally level using Frost Bomb + Freezing pulse until Act 3. Once in act 3 I level with Spellslinger Arc and Spellslinger Wave of Conviction. Its super strong and will carry you until maps.
