Thanks. Here's my noob take on Toxic Rain with suboptimal gears stolen from my own Poison-focused Scourge Arrow:

Seems to be OKish with (5 frenzy + 4 endurance charges + 1.25x Fortify, mana was a non-issue) although the gears were mediocre for DoT build. Be also noted that pure DoT builds received some nerf from the cluster jewels (stacking skill duration -> DoT duration). Poison doesn't benefit from skill duration, so we're good.

Looks like a neat build, think I've watched some of your videos. Gonna start this melee-league with something not-melee. So far this is on the top of my list :)
I'm glad that at least one of the top builds I was considering survived with only a few issues. I'll be going SA for this league, so I look forward to your 3.11 changes!
Dumb question, i looked through the build and i see you mention we can pick up three endurance charges and i cannot for the life of me see where you are getting them from. Sorry if i missed it. Are you just crafting the mod on rings and ammy but dont mention that?

There is a new variant I created with Aul's and +2 endurance that cleared the 100% Delirious T18 juiced map x2 beyond quite well. I'll update PoB for those who are interested.

Hi every one,

I am updating the end-game PoB for 3.11. Look like there is some issue with frenzy charge's APS bonus not getting reflected into PoB calculation for me. I'm talking with LocalIdentity1 (lead of PoB folk version) to see if he also can replicate the issue on his end.

In the meantime, if you want to try the build in Standard league, you can get a draft version here:

- Two of the new variants can have a whooping 5 endurance charges + Malevolence and 1.25x Fortify. (if you don't have the +1 charge boot, it'll be 4 endurance charges).
- Also note that some of the passives have been shuttled around in 3.11 (confirmed by LocalIdentity1 himself), Thread of Hopes may not be the way to go.

Besides the frenzy charges, let me know your thoughts on this PoB draft.

Btw, this wheel isn't new, but Profane Chemistry just looks amazing for this build. Life recovery from flask, max life, and flask effect.

The latest PoB that updated for 3.11 shows that our hybrid flask recovers 14,800 life over 6 secs, from 17,000 life over 6 secs in 3.10. I don't think that'd be a problem at all. The new notable Spiked Concoction should be able to help us gain charges even faster.

Profane Chemistry is in our build now. :) Check the draft PoB I posted above.

When I copy the pastebin into PoB it gives me an error about trying to load an unrecognized tree. Although, I have the latest update according to PoB when I check for update.
