It's not bugged.

Are you generating enough frenzy charges while attacking? Are you doing maps with poor affixes? Are you getting stunned? Frozen? Chilled?

Make sure you have the proper flasks to remove curses and freezing.

Other than that you shouldn't be getting any stuttering if you're not having mana problems.

Enough mana regen, enough FC generation, freeze/bleed/curse flask in slot and I'm not getting stunned. :/

Just i get one Inspired Learning jewel , but i really dont feel nothing special. I thinking maybe is better spend 50 chaos in other jewel.

This build is a blast and for mapping it's spectacular. The single target is an issue at this point. T16, A4 Veritania (the last conqs before Sirius) was impossible with either Flicker or Cyclone. I've got a few Ex ready to spend and I want to prioritize single target. Anyone want to give me an idea of what you think would make the most difference? I have a corrupted Oros with Fortify that I should find a crafter to 6L and the medium cluster with Master of Fire/Cremator is 5ex+ this league so i haven't gotten that yet either. Thanks for any help!

The sudo 7 link on the weapon is a big upgrade. Last season I kept putting it off and was getting other upgrades because PoB wasn't showing me the proper DPS calculations. The sudo 7 link with Oro's is a 25-33% DPS upgrade - it's huge.

For single target make sure you are running totems properly and that you've got them in a 6L. Totems double your ST damage and then some with the damage they add from their own attacks.

You can only use 1 - it has to be in the slot where you have the 4 notables Herbalism, Acuity, Heartseeker, and Fervour on the right side of the tree.

If you do not have it in the correct jewel socket, it will do nothing.

What is your accuracy? If your accuracy is low this can happen. I'm not sure what else to check at this point.

How do I link my items in here? I was just wondering if you could take a look at my character and see what I can realistically improve, I've noticed that if I don't have vaal ancestral warchief for bosses, it can sometime take a while to kill the conquerors, and I think I have pretty decent equipment overall. I've read the scaling up section in the original post, was just wondering. Some of those options aren't realistic for me atm

So why do we use the unique amulet when we can just get a ring with “Curse enemies with flammability” modifier?
