[3.12] Invincible Spectres Necro Summoner - HC Viable - Boss Killer - High Clear Speed

Hi , does anyone have any opinion on the viability of this build for 3.13?
Though spectres have been hit hard , I still hope it can work, but haven't played spectres as a starter in some time.
Any opinions? Is the OP still updating this build?

I'll skip this league, in part because I find the league lacking in terms of new gameplay, and because I feel they have duked spectre builds and necromancer as a whole to drive an artificial popularity for their new flagship overhaul to the elementalist this update.

I still believe the build is viable, but it will take a lot more investment to prepare for late game, while end game will have been substantially crippled for all but maybe the most meta spectre builds.
