3.11 | Carry Me Golems | Carrion/Stone Golem Elementalist | Very Tanky and High DPS summoner

This is maybe a weird question, but is it normal the stone golem slam is so loud? And does any golem mtx make it more bearable?
being able to kill t16 minotaur with 2 carrion golems.
First Mirror drop at t8 pier map in legacy league :D
Second Mirror drop at t16 promenade map in delirium league :D
Gods knows what happened in affliction league... :L

I played Stone golems last league, and definitely had to lower the volume to almost half of what it originally was; them chunky bois are L O U D.

No idea whether any MTX helps, though.

Unrelated, but I was really looking forward to playing another Golem build on my second character of the league. Looking at the prices, I guess I'm continuing to gear my starter instead :/
Are there any changes required to make this build work this league vs. last league?

3.12 viable? Can i afk on blight maps with this build? :)
Very viable. Although, AFK t16 blight map level is going to cost a lot of currency, especially this league where it's become very popular, so prices have gone up.

How much is "a lot"? I usually have no problem with currency and 30-50ex is not a problem. In general, I did not plan to farm T16, I thought of staying somewhere on T11-T15.
If you're not looking to insta-phase Sirus, it's not that bad, budget-wise.

Anima stones - 4ex
Primordial might - 3ex
Primordial Harmony - 32c (you need several)
Primordial Eminence - 12c (you need several)
Brass dome - 11ex
Cold Iron Point - 18c (you need 2)
Glorious Vanity jewel - 3.5ex
Bottled Faith - 9ex

The expensive bit is if you wanted to switch from the Primordial Chain / Stone golem variant to Carrion golems. For that, you need:

helmet, +3 minion gems, minion life - 2ex min
amulet, +1 int gems, +1 phys gems - 6ex min

Cold Iron points will still work with the above pieces of gear, however, a golem staff is better. +2 spell gems, +3 physical gems, plus minion damage isn't even really available, ones without the minion damage are 50-80ex.

So the base build with stone golems and primordial chain, ~40-50ex, depending on whether you go for the Bottled Faith as well.

The min-maxed version with terrific gear for Carrion golems, zombies, spectres, animated guardian, etc, etc, will be easily double that. My setup from Harvest league is above mirror tier this league, if you could even buy a staff, which you currently cannot.

Just a bigger bank of currency! Other than that it works fantastic.

brassdome isnt needed, since its only armour, not flat phys reduction, so the tooltip is wrong anyway. the crit removal is the nice stat.

and 2 minion wands with +2 and attackspeed are also better than a +5 staff, so there u can save money too. cold ironpoint is only a little bit worse as grimjack said.

the jewels are the expensive thing
Need some help maximizing my build. in the guide it says I should have 7 harmony and 2 eminence for the best attack speed for stone golem. I am either doing the math wrong or need to remove both eminence. I need someone smarter than I am to help out. Thanks!

in my pob my SG slam have 2.18 attact/cast rate, and 1.23 cooldown
so if i take the formula (1/2.18)*3 it resulting 1.37, with this, the slam is not effective or effective ?
well i tested stonegolems a bit (only 1 at the time) and he didnt always slam, even if he could cooldownwise. he made some basic attacks or just walked around like a dummy.

chaos and flame golems do their spell always, when they can cooldownwise

i cleared a map with only 1 golem. the chaos golem was stronger.
but when i did this with 4 golems, the stone golems were stronger.
so i dont know, if they behave otherwise, when you got more of them, because it was hard to see.
(maybe the slams just overlaped more)

i personaly dont care too much about the cooldown, since i think, that they dont always slam, when its ready. i mean you should get as much as you can, but if the golem does his basic attack, attackspeed is a bit better, because he can do his slam faster.

this needs way more testing, so take this post as experimental!
(i would like to read some other opinions about it. maybe someone tested this more)

to your formula question: he needs 1,37sec to do his 3 slams and has 1,23sec cooldown. so you could stack more attackspeed.
