Ahh, I see, I didn't even realize I had level 4- thought I had level 3. I updated the POB for a much more budget-friendly version that uses a cluster setup + reservation small cluster: https://pastebin.com/KHA5Cms0

having the same issue with mana, trying to search on poe trade and there's nothing I can search for mana reservation efficiency on cluster jewels. also cant afford enlighten atm. any other alternatives i can do to sustain vortex and frenzy indefinitely?
To search for the mana reservation cluster jewels in the POE trade:
0.) TLDR: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Scourge/6gQ96ZqfG
1.) +Add Stat Filter
2.) Type "Added Small Passive Skills Grant:"
3.) Select the only option (it will say "Enchanted")
4.) Type "Reservation"
5.) Select the only option
6.) If you want the notable to be something specific, for example Discipline Reservation efficiency, type "Self-Control".

On the LL Tanky version, why use the "Vitality mana reservation efficiency node" if you dont run Vitality on the skill setup?

Jewel: corrupted blood + whatever (resist or dps)
Molten Shell is wrong in PoB, you want Vitality in wand.

Oh okay! Thanks for that catch. Are the masteries and the rest as it should be? Thinking of how high level vitality can be with the mana.

You want Vitality at max, so you can use all 3 auras in shield.

Shield got Hatred, Malevolence and Determination just as in the PoB?
I can't sustain mana (hold Vortex+attack with frenzy) and vitality isn't above level 5 yet as I just ran through Blood Aqueduct quickly.
So is everything as it should be in the tanky 97 version?

Vortex costs 52 mana and with level 20 vitality there is 73 mana to play with (in your pob)
I think the PoB is missing the correct reservation masteries. Sure the aura effect looks way better with more ES/Phys reduction but there's not enough room for all the auras if both clarity and vitality is set to level 20.
Other things I noticed in the PoB which I believe are errors; Not Vaal Discipline, the version of Rime Gaze is a previous version where the %ES could roll up to 200% (160% is the current max).

Change the Mastery near the "Influence" passive from "Auras from your skills have 15% increased effect on you" to "15% increased mana reservation efficiency of skills"
You lose around 100k damage but mana goes to 199 unreserved @ POB
