Damage is fine, but I still feel defence is not great, in delirium's fog I die often, due to lag mainly...... I don't know why PoB show me hp 4163 when in game my real hp is 4409. Anyway I've done heaps of tests, and I end up choosing wand+shield setup, which it feels safier, penalizing some damage. here my gear | |

I know league starter has a bit of a stigma around it, but how good of this as a pure endgame build? Already have a nice cyclone build thats super farmed up and done my maps and looking for a fun caster/spell witch build to play

Cool build but lacks defense. Manage to make it to level 80 but with a few frustrations. Getting one shotted out of nowhere is a bummer,specially with lag and latency spikes. The fog doesn't help much either,even when constantly moving and bam your dead. It's a fun skill though and i'd probably do it again. Cheers!

the skill has potential but u need to invest on some expensive gear to make it worth and many of those gears seems to be rare w/ some hard to find suf/prefixes... but once it's done, do some insane damage... it can also work with power siphon, increasing the damage(A LOT) but at the cost of little less clear speed I guess

Hey, I really like this build it feels fantastic :)
The one problem I have is with survivability. Damagewise everything is fine, but I feel like everything is one-shotting me. Do you have any tips to increase survivability? The Character using this build is AnsemTheBolt if that helps. | |

can we go CI?
can we kill Sirus? i am rollin cyclone champion and got like 20ex to invest (atm 4.8k hp, gear from few days ago and only thing keepin me up is instaleech :D). need a build that can take me to late game, kill sirus 8 comfortably (means high dps and good survivability). i guess this pretty much tells me I cant play kine bolt :( or i just go spectres instead of zombies. | |
" I don't want to drop Kinetic Bolt! I just want to make a powerful switch with Power Siphon for some cases like Guardians, Shaper, Elder, etc. in which you just need raw single-target power. ^^ |

" If you're searching for a boss-killer / strong build to do the very late game... forget Kinetic Bolt. Kinetic Bolt is very fun but it's not a 'cookie cutter' build for Uber-content. |

Is it just me, or is the link he put together to search for wands essentially broken? The trade website just searches for like 15 seconds and then stops without bringing up results, or even saying if none exist or not.
