Thanks for the suggestions. I will give the specters a go. Just wondering if they are strong enough without any support gems to back them up?

As for the mana nodes I actually need them to be able to cast summon skeletons. Without them I don't have enough mana. Temporal Chains, Enfeeble and Flesh and Stone auras. With the mana nodes I am at 27 mana. Summon Skeletons needs 24. If I drop them I go below 24. Instant recovery though so can spam.

Another thing, on the right I honestly didn't see that I could drop those 2 minion attack speed nodes. Good idea lol. I have now taken quick recovery.

So I have fixed it up quite a bit. Now to go get specters and see how they work out. Why carnage apes? Is there a way to see the skills and stats of a specter? Sad to see my portal gem go but honestly portal scrolls are cheap I guess.

Edit: If you look at my chest weapon gloves and boots yo9u will see the modified build. Someone was talking about it a few pages back I gave it a go. It did help with my survivability quite a bit... but not enough.

Carnage apes add frenzy charges to you and your minions, they have 50k life UNSUPPORTED and rarely if ever die. Frenzy charges amp your minions as good as any node on the tree or any support gem. Host chieftians give power charges, it would be hard for anyone to crit because chance is so low, so maybe not needed. I would probably try 3 carnage chieftains and see if they keep you swimming in frenzy charges, they really do buff the minions considerably.

There is a node directly below Hex Master that gives you 4% reduced mana reserved, I also had to take it to run full physical. This could solve your problem and give you one more 5% life node as well :)

What your attempting is the mods for next leagues build, possibly. If it works roll with it! It seems solid, I only died to my own ignorance so good luck! I was walking through amped T16s effortlessly, granted I have some good gear in standard, but still. Either way it should get you to 90. Watch your play syle, take it easy, get familiar with delve and take that level 1% at a time if you have too! You can do it!

I don't know if you know about Path Of Building (POB). It allows you to import your character and modify EVERYTHING to adjust for max efficiency. It is an awesome tool, shows you life, regen, ES, armor, res, DPS, DPS breakdowns. EVERYTHING! You can look at minion stats, DPS, swap skill gems, change gear, change the whole tree, it's amazing.
Just google Path of Building, after you get that look for POB fork by local identity, it is a much better version, but you have to install POB first.

Good Luck!

I will wear your ghost and you will die twice, against me and for me.
That is some cold blooded shit to say...

Yeah it is the build for next league. At first I thought it was working better but it isn't. Gonna change back and just go slow and minions kill everything before they see me. I have been stuck at 89 0% for too long.
You should still try specters, the more stuff you get on your team the better.
One thing I learned playing a Juggernaut, if you have 90% physical damage mitigation in this game, you RARELY die.
Witches can get about 40% IF they find a way to get Fortify.
That means you need at LEAST 7000 life/ES to survive in red maps.
There is no way to sugar coat it, you see it with syndicate encounters and it ramps up from there. Delirium rares hit like trucks too.

You have to really learn to dodge, and that is why I find a movement skill mandatory. That is why I like shield charge, it let's you flee and gives you fortify when supported. A true win/win.

When you are under the effect of phase run or elusive step, try not to use another skill because a new skill will cancel the effect. Stay somewhat invisible, get to safety and then drop skeletons. Always make sure you have max skeletons out at all times and just to get in the habit, every time you see Vaal summon skeletons ready, drop it on the next pack, it literally charges in 2 packs and most monsters can not handle the army. Make sure you are using Bone armor every time you are even near an enemy, I have a nasty habit of saving it until I need it... then forgetting to use it!

And if you are popping delirium mirrors and dying, then stop popping them for a while, or stay close to the mirror, the effect weakens near the mirror and at the end of the fog. There is a button to STOP the encounter at any time as well over your skill bar. If Syndicate is killing you, BLOCK them! Run other masters on your maps, even scarabs will block syndicate. Do what you can to survive. And if something is on the map that you don't like, just port out and start another one. I do this OFTEN!

I tried Wreckers Righteous Fire build a while ago, and cursed him and whined and cried and then went back, worked on my skills, hit 90 in spite of myself and THEN QUIT!
LOL, I knew it was a good build, just wasn't for me.

I have played MANY builds and SloMo is the most user friendly I have found:)

Good Luck!

EDIT: Keep your back to the wall, ALWAYS have a spot cleared out you can retreat to. Clear open maps from outer edges to the inside. Send skeletons in first... ALWAYS! When in hallways, let skeletons lead, always drop skeletons, they are disposable heroes! If you use shield charge, either find the weak guy and hit him, or make sure you pass through the pack, or try and hit the edge of it. And if you really struggle and really, really want 90, start skipping bosses, especially the ones you know you do not like. Clear the map and start another one, no shame in that.

EDIT: One last thing, do this for me, swap desecrate and phase run gems.
CWDT rotates clockwise from the gem. You may have more success with desecrate firing first. It may be superstition, but then again you may live longer!
I will wear your ghost and you will die twice, against me and for me.

The fusings are down in price now so If I do see a nice chest I may pick one up.
Especially a cheap single socket!
Hey GrunkleBob!

Ha ha! That's awesome. It's always good to have the recipe. I once didn't bother getting the 6-link recipe from Vorici (back in the day) and spent 3200 fusings, one at a time, trying to 6-link an amazing chest piece. I didn't get it. So the recipe never hurts ;).

I no longer have shield charge since I changed back to the OP build. Also I didn't know about this clockwise thing. Cheers. So having desecrate over phase run should help?
I'll try to take your advice and see how far I can get. Thanks for the long replies. Putting a lot of work into them. :P

I appreciate the honesty! What didn't you like about the build? It'd be good for me to have the feedback for next league's build.

I'll try to explain but you need to know my memory is quite shiet even for what's happened only a day or 2 ago.

TBH there were only a few things I disliked about it, and they were nothing major. First was just me being lazy. I hated having to choose between using shield charge and summoning skeletons. Since I changed back and only have to summon skeletons I feel a like more relaxed.
I also didn't like using Meat Shield over feeding frenzy. Having to stand in the middle of pack was just too dangerous. The thing that kills me 95% of the time are thing exploding. (Why does everything seem to bloody explode?) lol
I really liked Summon Phantasm Support. It felt strong and was fun to use. I wish I could incorporate it into my current build on its own. I also loved having enfeeble as an aura.
I'm sure there were more things I disliked about it but for the life of me I just cannot remember. Maybe that means they were only minor annoyances?

I had been following a SRS build which didn't work out too well, it had heaps of dps but was fragile. At 87 I had 2.5k hp and 3200 es and was struggling in T10. Found your build (the suggested 3.11 build) respeced and have had maybe 4 deaths from 87 to 91. Survivability is good but dps feels low, gems aren't fully leveled though. It looks like in the tree in POB you have still taken EE which I haven't. Currently doing ok in T14.

Thanks Saraneth!

I appreciate it! I'll be adding playstyle info, choices, and an example video to any build I make. So if the build you tried makes it to 3.11 people would have more information to go on than just a PoB. I appreciate the feedback. If you think of anything else, let me know.

Hey rossfj!

I'm sorry the SRS build didn't work out for you. I love SRS. It's one of my all-time favourites.

I'm glad you're surviving well with the new build. You know, it's funny, the Pastebin you're trying does seem to have low damage sometimes even though it does way more damage than the currently posted build. I'm still trying to see if that's just map mods or if there's something I missed.

Ya, EE won't be in the official guide if I go pure physical damage.

Thanks for the feedback! Let me know how it goes as you progress. I'm eager for honest feedback from those that want to give it.

Thanks! (And sweet gear!)

No, No, these ARE valid points. I am going to try feeding frenzy instead of meat shield because honestly THAT is not my problem. I NEED my minions killing while I run around screaming! As you see in my Phoenix fight, it probably would have went quicker with feeding frenzy. The zombies and phantasms were not doing anything but running with me!
Also to your other point, I learned very early with this build that I like arc, it always just felt natural to me. So I have always been able to do multiple things with this lady. It is a pain, but so is dying all the time.
Sometimes it's skeletons, charge in, skeletons, charge out. sometimes it's forgot to drop skeletons for 30 seconds because I am panicking. sometimes it's charge in place. I know a lot of people like the one button awesomeness of this build, but honestly, I REALLY like fortify! It does require a new playstyle to get it down, but it is worth it!
I know meat shield provides buffs IF the enemy is close, BTBH I don't like being close to a lot of these enemies :)
So yeah, I am going to try it with feeding frenzy, too bad I can't pop a delirium in standard, but I can juice a T16 up and see how it looks...
Another thing that works is cast skeletons where you WANT to be, then hit the pack and run to the skeletons you just dropped, life is just safer with fortify.
Can't help with the ground effects, blame the streamers and no lifers for that! GGG has to have some way to challenge them!
I always want to suggest a noob league, like something easier, but you cannot take ANYTHING out of the league to standard. Could reward an ex for each challenge point or something, but that would get abused too. sigh...

EDIT: I also use FROM DUST Jewel because it drops 8 skeletons per cast, so I always drop an army and I can run into them while they run at the enemy! I've always loved that jewel as well, and look at that, it's 5 chaos in Delirium with corrupted blood immunity! Another thing to consider...

And here is ANOTHER thing to consider, what if we pretend meat shield and feeding frenzy never existed? Then MAIM buffs zombie slam and phantasm projectile, I personally never had a problem with zombie movement so I may try this. IDK it's an additional 8k per minion so I think I will check that out.
I will wear your ghost and you will die twice, against me and for me.
That is some cold blooded shit to say...
