Yes, but as mentioned before, they should only start dying in the higher waves.


I have not done simulacrum but from videos I have watched it looks really long so even if the blades don't die, I assume they need plenty of re-summoning just from timing out.


Well, yea. But you activate the waves yourself, you have all the time in the world. So just throw a Bladefall or two before you activate the next wave and summon a few new AWs.

I see you use one ranged AW and one melee AW and using a spirit guards jewel
How the 2 sets of AW work and operate with that jewel?


I have 19, soon 20, melee AWs and 12 ranged AWs. Only thing that changed is my lootfilter. Just need to summon the ranged weapon drops. And they act like a full blown clear speed Spectre setup improving my clear speed by a ton. At the cost of around 25% Shaper DPS on my melee AWs. But since the single target damage is still more than good, I see no reason to go back.

Only problem is that the cold version described in this build has a hard time incorporating it because you really don't have many sockets to spare.

but i didint use animate guardian can anybody help me about that?
i have level 21 AG gem
Hey, first of all: Super nice build, I've been really enjoying the league thus far! :) Secondly: How do you think Wave of Conviction would work out in the cwdt setup instead of Convocation? I'm pretty new to the game so I'm not yet familiar with all of the game's technical lingo, but my two questions would be: How is the element of exposure from Wave determined? - is it most damage taken in a certain period or only from the Wave itself? Furthermore, what do '25% of Physical Damage Converted to Fire and Cold Damage respectively' of Wave refer to again? Is it only Wave's Damage again? If so, wouldn't that be a nice way to further automate EE? Cheers!

The exact mechanics of WoC are explained there. You should be able to answer your question after reading that.

When I find my question isn't answered with the wiki I tend to do a google search for it, usually reddit or this forum has answered it before.

Your English is fine :)

Can you explain a little more about what problem you are having with the Animate Guardian?

The AG is a "nice to have" for the build but it is not crucial. It can bring a nice boost to the build if you equip Kingmaker but that comes with a risk.

Incredibly well written build guide. Having a lot of fun with this build.
Looking forward to future update/improvements towards late game and maybe some new combination for new specters.
Can I ask if add cold dmg on jewel is better or the same with the phys dmg for minion?

Added Phys is better because Hatred will double dip.

Phys damage is better because it gets double-scaled by Hatred.
I'm not sure why but this build was amazing up until about level 80 or yellow/red maps. I have almost the exact same tree as the build suggests I have Indomitable army, grave intentions, renewal, feasting fiends and my minions will die so often. I will go into a delerium encounter with 14 minions up and within 20 second I'll have two left and have to start trying to spam summon them while im running around almost dying every second. I was cruising through campaign without a single death and doing white maps fine and now all of the sudden I can't sustain minions, killing the rare mobs with meele splash takes awhile, the only thing that is semi decent for me right now is single target when I fight the conquerers etc. Not sure what to do.
