Soulwrest is a DPS loss for me on AW. BUT, it does give you a second 6link for you to put skeletons/zombies in if you feel you want them, which does end up being a dps increase if you count both them and AW. Overall, it might be worth messing around with, but not if you're only doing AW
Not sure if this was asked, but why u not using minion speed support? Ms + as < than dmg % ?
It can be obtained in single stat from wand, rings, etc, but as and ms harder to get with even medium numbers

Well, it is effectively 1/3 of the boost you get from Vengeful Commander. So I would say no.

i make my build so op that every boss is perm freeze or rare/thrash mob!
I made the change to include Spirit Guards in my build and absolutely love it. It speeds up clearing so much! I lost a bit of single target with the respec, but I think it will be fine, even for the endgame bosses.

Also love that my AWs have 107 seconds duration now. And we pick up a lot of resist from the tree now, making it a lot easier to focus on life on gear. I think 8000 life is not that hard to reach with this tree.

And the additional button to press isn't that bad either. At first I kept mixing up the melee and ranged AWs, summoning melee weapons with my ranged setup and vice versa. But after a few maps it becomes second nature to just summon the occasional ranged drop with the correct button.

Would advise to keep the AW settings from filterblade as they are, the small red drops that are kind of in the background and add the Spirit Guards setup with max size, very bright colors. At least thats what works best for me. Just in case anybody else is thinking of including Spirit Guards.

I barely cast Bladefall except at the very start of a map, and then I hit the boss with it once. No spamming needed


Thanks for the answer, I wonder tho how EE functions then. You basically do less damage on trash and more damage on bosses then? Overall it seems like a loss tho right? Sorry for all the questions.
hey, when inspecting your character, i can see u are not using Triad`s or Elemental equlibrium? whats the reason for that, if the guide builds around that.

also which aura do i use? since i cant use them both at the same time (skitterbots, hatred) or do you use bots for clearing and hatred for bosses?
I didn't' really feel like I was freezing more with hypothermia since we already hit hard enough to chill/freeze most mobs, and it doesn't really help on high tier bosses. I tried uber atziri and got wrecked on the split phase because my aw would all scatter to the different atziri's instead of focusing on one, even with me convoking them right next to the one I wanted dead.

So I ended up swapping hypothermia back to Deathmark, this should also help target annoying invuln aoe mobs.

Final links for me are AW-Added Cold-Multistrike/melee splash-Edwa-minion damage-deathmark
My dying in Delirium has dramatically slowed. I think I just did 13 straight maps with out a death, going to level 4 and 5 on each Delirium.

1) I now stay on the outer edges of the fight

2) I never stop moving (I will go back and pick up loot if I have to)


With a better understanding that my deaths have almost all been related to the bad guys dying and exploding, I think these new tactics will help me.


I can't remember the last death I had in normal mode, maybe act 5 or something like that.

Continuing to love the build even if I am a really slow player. I am currently in white tier maps.
