You can definity opt to use some arena masters aswell, I just personally really like the crushclaws because they are basicly these immortal meatshields that also greatly buff your damage output, and having four of them means that you're getting more constant uptime on the screech cold debuff that they use. I definitely like the fact that archers are so much nicer on the eyes. +1/1 is a huge upgrade especially with a shield. To add to this - arena master shouldn't die since it's a high health spectre. However, he is quite annoying so I know some people (me included) won't use him for that reason. You will also want a wand with trigger a socketed spell on it. Together, that should be pretty achievable budgetwise, and improve your damage by maybe 30-50%.
