This build has been made in 3.9 The changes to Explosive arrow are okay and do pretty good damage late game with some Core items which you will see below

__________________________________________________________________________ PROS AND CONS Pros: - Can do with 4/5 links - 6L quill rain is only 2/2.5 Ex at the moment - 4Ex geared for endgame. - 100k Ignite damage per 5 arrows - Fast, Reliable and safe - Ignite prolif is satisfying - 5k Life easy without kaom's Cons: - Mid tier mapping on a 4 link might feel like a 1 link ED contagion build - Needs core items like dyadian dawn , Kaom and quill rain to be efficient. - ELEMENTAL RESISTANCE MAP MODS oh boy good luck - Don't do ele reflect __________________________________________________________________________ Gem Setup Damage setup in order : Singletarget - EA > Combustion > GMP > Barrage SUPPORT > Burning Damage > WED (elemental damage with attack skills) Thrash clear - EA > GMP > Combustion > Ignite proliferation > Weapon elemental damage > Mirage archer Note: don't expect to deal a shit ton of damage when you hit maps and are not fully geared you need the 3 core items or at least the belt Dyadian dawn My gear with the links you should focus on

__________________________________________________________________________ Skill-trees, Ascendancy & Pantheon Ascendancy Class: Raider Ascendancy Points, in priority: Avatar of the veil into Avatar of slaughter Note: That if you at any point need more intelligence to level your gems then simply pick up the 30+ notables in the skill-tree Pantheon powers - Soul of Lunaris - Soul of Shakari __________________________________________________________________________ Leveling Tips 1. Level 1-4 Burning arrow + Pierce 2. Level 4-8 Burning arrow + Pierce + Mirage archer 3. Level 8-28 Burning arrow + Pierce + LMP + Combustion + Added fire + Onslaught in order if you owe a tabula otherwise drop the other gems. 4. Level 16+ Use herald of ash 5. Level 24+ Use Malevolence 6. Level 28+ EA swap (EA > GMP > Less duration > WED > Combustion > Ignite prolif IN ORDER) 7. Level 28+ EA swap single target setup ( EA > GMP > Barrage support > WED > Combustion > Burning damage (in order) Bandit quest: - Help alira IF you need the res and/or mana regen ( i do this on leaguestart though) - Kill all if you dont need the one above. Unique items for leveling (OPTIONAL): Armour: - Wanderlust - Goldrim Weapons: - Quill rain forever - Blackgleam untill endgame rare quiver swap Note: These items will be expensive during the very start of the league and will then rapidly drop in price a few days in. It is completely fine to just stick to rare items during the leveling process. Threshold “guidelines” Kitava, Act 5: - 900-1200+ Life - 35%+ to all elemental resistances Arakali, Act 7: - 1400-2000+ Life - 40%+ to all elemental resistances - 4 or 5-link Kitava & Maps, Act 10: - 3200-6500+ Life - 75%+ to all elemental resistances - 3rd ascendancy - 5-link + The Shaper/Elder: - 6700+ Life - 75%+ to all elemental resistances - All Ascendancy's - 5-link Rare OR Kaom's heart with 2x Quill rain weapon swap (you might need a 6-link) - 50k ignite dps in POB - The Shaper/Elder fight are very mechanical fights. Don't expect to kill him in your first try. It takes practice. Note: these are all per definition "guidelines" try and aim for these numbers, but don't get discouraged if you are a bit off. __________________________________________________________________________ Gearing Look for these stats on your rare gear (in priority): Important: 1. Resistance 2. Life 3. Attack speed 4. Fire damage / Damage over time Not very important: 3. Physical damage 4. Bout to give this a go, but I had a question or two.
I have a Yoke's Suffering, and was wondering if that would be viable for the build? Same question about a 2 Abyss Tombfist. I assume the Tombfist would be a problem due to low slots, but I figured I'd ask. | |
So, you think that 100k ignite damage per 5 arrows is insane, lol.
My ignite damage on EA is 3,2 million per 5 arrows |

FYI, the projectile wheel by duelist (with Fury Bolts) doesn't do anything for your ignite DPS. You can spec out of those and save some points.
Also, you can use mana gain on hit jewels to sustain with Quillrain pretty easily, and don't have to go into Blood Magic. |

i have a question (i'm the dude who bought your helmet this weekend lol).
Why pick blood magic? Tried to get it but turns out u got a lot of life reserved (i'm using HoA and Malevolence as auras). I'm level 70 atm and got only like 2-3k hp. Do i have to wait further ahead to pick it? Do i need to pick all the nodes there (the 2 +10% hp and Mortal conviction) at once for this to work out? Also, can i work on this with another 6l short bow (God bless Porcupine cards) until i got enough currency to buy a 6l quill rain? Another question: Do u have any suggestions about a body armor (still farming those ex's for the kaom's). is there any replacements that can work out good enough?
