[3.17] Wallach's Hierophant Freezing Pulse Totems (No Further Updates)

Just killed Maven with this build, failed all memory games due to my bad skills, but still managed to kill it. Overall FP totems are one of the best leaguestart to endgame builds in POE.

Don't forget to annoint the amulet before comparing.

I just realised that we can run lower awakened hextouch in the Veil due to the +2 gems. That makes access to dual curse a little bit easier to reach.

I'm glad you said that. Not because I am even close to being able to afford an Awakened Hextouch but because I didn't realize that Viridi's Veil was +(1-2) Level of Socketed Gems. Guess I need to divine orb now.

by the way, a general remark on survivability :

do not underestimate a "low life instant recovery" life flask,
as we are "always low life"

( just by chance checked your profile quickly )

i myself realized that it rescues from time to time ;)



you can even run that as hybrid "instant on low life" if desired, but for me this one works out greatly as well

// edit : ok, to clearify the requirement, this only applies once you got cowards legacy belt which also opens the gate to 30% moar dmg via "pain attunement", which is fulfilled in the quoted case

Thanks mate, I'm always glad to hear folks get to new endgame goals with this guide.

I feel a bit bad that I have not had much time to post in the thread during league starts with all the streaming & video stuff going on. I really appreciate everyone who is taking time to answer questions and help others in this thread.

Man the price of exalts is killing me this league. I can't catch up. Can't find any exalts so all my currency is in chaos, and still can't afford a stinking 6 link soul mantle due to exalt prices going up.

Well im going to try Sirus for the first time this league on a 5 link. Im really really really bad at the fight but, wish me luck I guess. :D

Edit: well I beat him with one portal left. That last phase is such bullcrap. Slows you to a crawl with those rotating beams, teleports offscreen, and one shots you with a die beam. You can't even tell which direction it's going to come from because you have no clue where he is. I hate hate hate that fight so much.

Fortunately my dps was just good enough. Also, I got a tier 1 map as my reward. yay.

Thank you for this build. My initial plan was to start with this build for leveling and then transform into Siege Ballista really soon. What should I say, today I killed Sirus AW8 and still running Freezing Pulse :-)

Today I tried some stuff within POB and was totally confused. Compared to POB my char do way less damage then Wallach´s Char (450k total DPS vs. ~1.36 Mio total DPS). I am doing something really wrong or do I miss some major upgrades?

What should be my next big investment? Thank you for your support!
Tried to run some trials for Helmet enchant without success.
