I'll know better on Tuesday, but from here I don't expect there to be much of any changes to this build for 3.14.
So pumped to start this after destroying content last league.

Debating between this and Divine Ire totems for leaguestart assuming no changes, how is the boss damage? I would like to use the best choice between the two that has a good balance of clear and boss damage.

Divine Ire hits better single target numbers earlier for sure. It takes a fair bit more to get decent single target with Freezing Pulse. Conversely, Freezing Pulse is a far better clear skill than Divine Ire at any investment.

That said, assuming nothing changes for this build and Viridi's is still as accessible as 3.13, I feel like you'll get satisfactory single target much easier than we used to having to wait for an Atziri's Reflection. At least in SC trade league.
I feel a freezing pulse buff might be coming since they showed it at least a few times being used in the league trailer

What is considered DPS mode? The obvious ones are % cold damage, add # damage. Do you count physical damage as DPS for this build? I guess Crit multi and crit chance also count as DPS mode. Which is counted as a half DPS?

It is for 3.13, yes. I won't be able to update the guide for 3.14 until after patch notes release, but I don't expect there to be any meaningful changes for leveling in the upcoming patch.

I also just finished uploading the first half of the video series to accompany the leveling section for those that are newer to the game. Those links will get added to the guide shortly.

That's an old post, so I can't tell what the item was, but...

First, it's mod rather than mode (modification). Each rare weapon can have up to six mods. There are a lot that can add DPS - crit chance and crit multi definitely count, the latter is one of the best, but physical damage doesn't help this build at all. The half one was probably something like "13% increased spell damage" - it's better DPS for us, but it's a very low tier.
