thx for reply. So i bought vaal cold snap 20/20 should put off CWDT from wand now? What Dps flask should i get?Frenzy charges in what item?What lvl should be arcane surge then?i bought also fp 21/23

CWDT can only trigger gems up to a certain level. CWDT level 1 can only trigger cold snap at 7. You need vaal cold snap level 7, not 20. For arcane surge, you have to read the tooltip mana costs and gem descriptions. DPS flask - Atziri's promise is cheap. There're a few options though.

" Soul Mantle? I got the starting gear by about level 55 on day one, which included finding a couple of humility cards on blood aqueduct. " Then make your own - you can get > 6 fuses per chaos right now, so that's < 250c by recipe, and cheaper on average by just clicking link a lot. Bonus - you can sell other six linked Mantles for profit.
