" The second worst part about this event is the presence of self-entitled fanbois-whiteknights-supporters who think that they provide something valuable for the discussion by agitating enraged and frustrated people even more. Honestly, why are you even posting here if you don't care about drops, or "cry babies", or "choosing beggars"? just to troll and stir more drama? Blind supporters simply fail to understand why people are upset, it's already not about getting "free" mtx pixels. People are upset because Twitch event was badly designed in the first place and introduced randomness and inequality. It was technical failure and not provided any indication of participation. It was horribly communicated with the latest awful post from community manager that enraged even more people. It was not supported by GGG customer support at all and their answers added only more confusion about the participation. Even after all this there is no clear statement about what happened and what can be done to mitigate the PR damages to community. So yeah, if you don't see all this, you can continue spewing more of that "HURR DURR CRY KIDDOS KEKLOL". See ya on the page 250 of this trainwreck in the morning. |

By the way received fresh copypasta from support just now if anyone interested:
" So it's "hard luck" now bois. Nothing to see here. #0DropGang4Life :) |

I had friends who got drops, I only watched the first day. I didn't get anything. I am sad that I missed out but I don't think we are being scammed. It's just I didn't get lucky.

Good grief. I remember a time when this community had ounce of maturity.
To all of the moderators having to slog through this mess, I'm really sorry. I want to believe that the people having a tantrum in this thread are the very vocal minority. I promise that there are a ton of us that genuinely enjoyed every minute of the con and couldn't care less about the Twitch Drops. Last edited by Yukionna on Nov 18, 2019, 6:48:10 PM

One of the reasons I like the events GGG does where they promote the game being played more by giving out random mtx to players who have leveled up a character to a certain level or participated in the flashback leagues, the window of opportunity is much greater and there are higher chances that people will get something out of it

Honestly, if they learn from this event I personally don't see it as such a huge problem. I wouldn't recommend introducing a RNG based incentive system. It just seems fishy to people who haven't received anything.
