TBH because how rippy the metamorphs are I would go with a full leveled cwdt setup and with vaal molten shell which is probably the strongest defense in the game atm with high armour chars. Been messing around with PoB a bit and found that switching from 3B3R link setup to a 2B4R and using empower over deathmark would be anywhere from 200-300k dps increase per sentinel depending on gear.
