Welcome Exiles to my Tornado Shot/Barrage Build, which I was playing in 3.8 Blight League
I farmed - Uber Elder - Uber Atziri - Shaper - Aul, the crystal king, yes you can do all content with this compilation. This is my first time writing a guide and what motivated me was how easy the progression this character had for the whole content. Chest:If you start in this build you can use Rare Chest look for life/resist. this list item is for end game gear, because you get aloot cold damage and chill increased duration. Bow: Arborix: This bow is core in the build because you get good physical damage flat, 2 additional arrows, here you have a good buff damage (in a boss) when switching (good clear maps) 30% more damage 30% Attack speed and move speed Upgrade: You can change this bow for rare similar like that: ------------------------------------------------------- Help your leech and damage ----------------------------- Best quiver for single target damage. ----------------------------- Great amulet, cold penetration / Cold damage / Cold Resist Enchantment:

Helmet: Barrage fires an Additional Projectile Tornado Shot fires an Additional Projectile Boots: Damage Penetrates 10% of Enemy Elemental Resistances if you haven't Killed Recently (bosses) Adds 45 to 68 Cold Damage if you've been Hit Recently 16% increased Attack and Cast Speed if you've Killed Recently Amulet: Heart of Ice If you don't have any enchantment, don't worry, the build still work in uber elder and maps. I have 2 white sockets on the chest, because in the crystal king of Aul, I feel more comfortable using Scourge Arrow instead of Barrage, you can also use it permanently if you want. Switch in your chest: To: and you need enchant: Uber Atziri:

You need switch your Voidfletcher in last boss because Atziri have reflect damage passive and void shot gonna kill you instantly. Pantheon: Minor God use: Soul of Yugul HOGM:

Not easy but you can do just need change some settings: Minor Pantheon: Soul of Shakari. You will need one flask for remove burning and one for remove curses. need stibnite flask. in switch weapon use: Remember HOGM is not the focus of this build. So currently I'm trying to make some money for the equipment for this build using a different one (got bow and quiver rn). I've done lab today and I've got scourge arrow 40% dmg but on my devoto's. What do you think? Is devoto's worth wearing for scourge too? Or is it worthless and it is better to wear unenchanted starkonja?

How do you deal with Arborix cycling between evasion and armor, does it impact your survivability, especially in delve?

" Hello Nieska, Devoto's is very good for do map's (I'm using it with ts enchant) in bosses I prefer Starkonja. (life, evasion, reduced dmg when on low life) 40% dmg in scourge arrow will help but not ideal but in any case, the enchantments will not hinder the progression of your char.
