So far the build seems nice, but when i lookup weapons on Poe.trade or similar site i can't find self casting wands, only ones with a 4 second cooldown or more. Does the veiled mod the one with much lower CD still exist? or is a 4 second CD okay still?

Trying to get jewels, but for now build feels very squishy and lacking of damage. Maximum t10 maps

Is it possible to sub in creeping frost over vortex? I'm finding it really hard to see ground effects in the ultimatum's with the vortex effect. Not sure how huge the dmg difference is.
