Also, when im out of flask charges im kinda fucked. mana regen isnt enough to keep casting volatiles and dps is thus fucked. might want to check how i can counter that in the future.

About damage. I don't have much time to play so I don't know how new endgame feels in 3.9. You have great gear so dps should be absurd at this point (more then 4kk). But GGG made endgame a bit harder as far as I know.

Spell cascade is optional. But according to my calculations using spell cascade instead of Hypothermia or Elemental Focus we can gain up to 35% more damage. Because to calculate actial dps we need to multiply balls per second and damage per ball. Maybe I'm wrong.))

About mana and flask. For endgame we probably should hunt for that clarity watcher's eye. Until you find one grab some mana regen rate passive points. Last league I didn't feel any mana issues even playing 40% MoM.

Does the level of the gems you say on the side need to be at those specific levels?
Why does Cast when damage taken need to be level 1? Won't the other gems level be too high to support?

You want to set your cwdt gem at level 1 since that's the lowest amount of damage that it will proc. The higher it goes, the higher damage you'll need to take, which causes the frequencies of it activating to be lower. CWDT has an upper level limit based on the gem level. Past that, the connected skills will not proc. In the guide, they put the maximum levels of skill gems that can proc for level 1 cwdt.
I changed tonight. Damage is much better than with poet pens, survivability is better I guess, altough it can't beat the offscreen the boss doesn't even attack me method. My only true problem currently that my mana regen is not enough to sustain the speed.

Don't be afraid to use lvl 20 clarity until you fix mana issues.

Clarity Watcher's eye cost a lot now, but you can craft similar modifier on jewelry. Here are some examples:


And don't forget that enduring mana flask is our best friend :3

Made my staff today, cost me soooo much to fuse...

quite happy with it, although i will probably make one later on with +3 to fire skill gems and fire damage as extra chaos.
