Yes, youuse awakening orb with inc attributes and inc intelligence and hope for the best prety much, or you get a 3rd good suffix besides the two above and then try to metacraft, but thats expensive as fuck

Yes thats pretty cheap for the 3 mods, still others are useless. Price for rares goes exponentially up not linearly
