Level 5 frost shield required level is below the maximum level of CWDT 18, so it will cast. I am just guessing it is at level 5 to balance the benefit of the skill with how much energy shield is drained.

got CWDT level 20 and its triger level 70 and below and the frost shield is level 8 requird level 48

i sherd t16 delr pretty esay but i still get 1 shoted from thin air

Humm I just realized that with removing increased duration for frost shield I can easily get new boots without having to worry about getting 3 off colour, yahoo.

Ok I logged into standard and reset my passive tree to scratch and copied Hem's tree for the delirium jewels being limited to 2.

Overall, with end of the league gear mine was sitting at 3k INT, 13.6k ES, a 50k Icestorm tooltip in game, and all the extras from my megalomaniac jewels etc.

So im sure the build can still be pretty absurd, I doubt ill do anything close to what I did in delirium gear wise though.

I think you can reach it again. Right now im at 2.8k int, 10.3k ES and 58k tooltip icestorm in my ho besides having 75% perma cold pen not considering flasks/curses or other temporary effects. My jewels are pretty good, been focusing on those till now. My gear, besides helmet, is pretty bad, I bought it like day 3 of the league.

Sorry everyone frostshield is just under levelled haha I am going to take it to LVL 20.

I've decided to drop the level of immortal call to counter the high strength requirement...it's hard to get strength to 170+ without astramentis or a strength suffix somewhere.

The difference in LVL 21 immortal call and level 16 is not really worth writing home about anyway so it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.

I'll eventually get more alternate gems but for now they are a bit expensive and I'm low on currency from my spite essence spams on hunters belt and fingerless silk gloves. :P

I think my boots turned out ok for bossing.



They bumped my ES up 1k just equipping those.....although the movement speed hurts a lot even with divergent cyclone (25% reduced speed while cycloning as opposed to 30%)

But yes, the 2B2R is much easier to hit colours on. :)

I think a 55 Int Stygian or crystal belt with T1 attributes will be a huge upgrade due to being able to have resistances on your belt and the 55 flat int converting to like 200 total int due to scaling.

how much was that ring with %int? cus i tried to look for a good ring to swap my bad 1 and 1 with decent es/int/resist is 2exlt+ so urs must be insanely expnsive
