I have a small question: if i have two curses limit, can i use corrupted oskarm with vulnerability for animate guardian? Or maybe use windscream on him? UPD. On PoB budget build, it says player has 45% block and 34% spell block. Where does all those block chance came from except the 6% from Mystic Bulwark and 18% from Femur of the Saints? Go to the calculations tab, find the block section, and mouse over the numbers to see where they come from.
