Melee Phys. For survivability: Watcher's Eye with Chaos Res while affected by Purity of Elements - possibly a good secondary mod (x% phys. taken as element). A warlord/elder amber amulet would grant you % strength aswell as +1 zombie on alteration spams. Then you could always go for a regal third mod.
