Apparently, some people think I am organizing everything, including the matches between the other players.

Please go on the PoE Site and read the rules that I have written.

I will clarify a few things here, I have already posted the Bracket List on the PoE site and have reminded people on this thread already.

If you think that I'm slacking off, you are clearly wrong.

Also, if you are confused that I am the one who was supposed to organize every single match, you are mistaken.

I am a human being with friends and other stuff to do, in something we call reality/real life. I'm not going to be waiting for every single player that has signed up for the tournament to log-on and ask them, which days are you okay with? Then go to their match-up and ask them when their available dates are. Different time zones exist, I'm not going to be staying up until 3am in order to organize a match. That is why I clearly specified for YOU to post a set date that you have confirmed with your partner on the PoE Site.

Also, since I almost get no feedback when I post an update, I have no idea as to whether you are actually reading what I post or not.

If you want a ladder/ranking, I can organize it all I want, but if the participants aren't doing anything themselves to make it work, everything I've done will be useless.

If you guys are no longer that interested in a possible Ranking/Ladder system, please comment quickly, so I can just give you guys the chaos back and give the guy who created the PoE Site an exalted or something for wasting his time and money.

I appreciate your efforts but don't understand why it has to be managed on an external site.

It isn't even finished, and offers 0 benefit compared to the official site.

In my opinion just remove the wall of text in your first post, update it with a list of people signed up along with their IGN and timezone and thats it. Let everyone play against everyone, not play against 3 builds to claim #1 on the ladder.
