Yup... what's more enraging from my perspective is that some "well above average IQ" individual who should be writing and anaylizing code is pussyfooting around with RGB scales. My mother could fix that issue just as long as I told her the color I wanted.

Miss-management of resources but hell management itself is a waste of resources. I don't understand why companies hire people who require management. It's not a daycare right? or is it?
