The gear that you have is too generic, it's missing everything that's important. A couple of low dps weapons and a level 88 character does not instantly give you the same damage. My buddy that is new to the game is trying to follow this build and I'd told him I'd check it out for him, this is half done, looking at the PoB alone I can tell that those numbers aren't right.
