I have a couple of questions in regards to the crafting of a staff, if anybody playing this build can help with.
I have a base rare imperial staff with Lv.20 Fortify (with 137% phys), the rest of the affixes are empty. Would adding +2 to supported gems be a good idea as I don't have +fire gems? How would this staff best be crafted? Does +%spell damage effect SRS? +%fire damage? I'm still learning the crafting thing so any help would be appreciated. I also noticed that in the POB, the Dread Gnarl offers a stat increase across all stats but lacks fortify, would I be best to follow those mods as I do have fortify? i.e the +fire damage +minion damage +burning damage etc Any help would be appreciated. I know that +fire gems would be best, but as I can't safely craft it, I'm think +2 to support gems could be good, then wouldn't finding a place for Lv.4 Empower create a +5 to SRS? Or would it reduce damage by swapping a skill for Empower?

There's a bug in the leveling PoB, there are 2 skill sets assigned to boots - both "AURAS" and "Flesh Offering Desecrate". Since a character can only have 1 pair of boots equipped, this is obviously impossible.
Can you please advise, which is the correct set of skills to use and which is incorrect? | |
