Templar - [3.21] Vatinas' Spiders + HoP Guardian - CI, 70K armour, 1400 ES on block, millions of DPS - Forum

Hey, I've played squishy occultists for far too many leagues. Already have 140 deaths this league and just want to play a build that doesnt die 5 times per map and scales into lategame... It's a placeholder. I didn't want the PoB to feature a keystone in particular, so people didn't assume they needed it. As for the second question, it's written in the guide, in the "Gear" section. Because it drop only from Divination cards (Assassin's favour, Atziri's Arsenal, Prejudice, Arrogance of the Vaal, Jack in the box, The Void) and in a rng way.
