Why does this build not uses Ashes of the Stars? Extra cluster on anomalous scourge arrow, extra reservation efficiency, +1 to level of anomalous scourge, +30% poison chance on divergent herald, maybe even more aura effect if you have a divergent aura?

I got around 60 ex and a level 90 ranger. Would it possible to build a char with this currency? At least to start doing medium damage and clear t16 maps?

My purity of ice only grant me +6 max resistance with the this armour, how can i get +7 max resistance?

You have wrong mastery allocated, 15% increased effect of auras on you is what you want.

+1 level on SA doesnt rly do anything, we also do not need reservation or poison chance. Only benefit is extra thorn arrow but I dont think that is worth whole amulet slot. Also then you will severely lack attributes. But if you would want to go for DPS ammy, there is always Stranglegasp that is rly strong, but again attributes are huge issue without rare ammy.

Also your boots don't have +2 lvl to socketed cold gems. 23 lvl purity gives 5% max cold res in base instead of 4
