Are you activating the infused channeling buff? My game changed a lot after I got quality on it because I had to channel for less time to get the 30% more damage buff from it.

Are you using the totems or withering step into the bosses to get more wither stacks on them?

Your plague bearer does't have quality and it isn't linked with increased area of effect. If you have both the range of it is HUGE and helps a lot for boss dps as well.

Are you shooting the arrows in a way that more pods appear on the bosses?

The way I am doing is that I put the totem, withering step into the boss to get some wither stack, move back and shoot once at 4-5 pods. My buff from infused comes up and all the pods shoot at the boss.

Remember to have some distance between where you shoot and a wall. If you shoot in a closer wall you are going to get 1-2 pods at most and they are what deals the most damage.

I liked the +1 to all my other gems, but you are correct, it would make more sense. Although I have been doing ok without the -15 mana cost. I was thinking about adding it to a neck / ring so I can free up the chest for something else.

Infused channeling is at 20%.

I am using totems, but they die so fast because the boss just goes and stomps them while I am firing arrows at it.

Plague bearer is linked to increased aoe and is at 20%

I aim at the boss when I shoot, although it is hard to kite and keep perfect aim, so sometimes they go next to the boss.

How I approach bosses is I drop totems and kite away from totems while laying down fire. I usually have about 1.5 seconds of channel before I move so I dont get popped. After I move, the boss destroys my totems =(. Then I have to drop more, kite and shoot once more, rinse repeat. I am getting one shot every few seconds on the boss and totems dont drop reliably. I seem to get animation cancelled often. I have honestly been thinking about dropping them all together and getting Arcanist Brand.

If you want to be able to get max pull on Scourge Arrow, you will need it. I would personally get it on jewelry if you can.
I am doing the divine flesh and darkscorn build. I have a ton of defenses there. Try to use the withering step on the boss as it gives you 6? Wither stacks. Don't mind aiming straight at the boss as long as the arrows don't hit a wall as soon as you leave it. Maybe you need the helmet enchant as it is insane. If you would just channel for one pod the enchant would give you two. That literally double your dps as you are channeling for so little time.

Edit: I am also using impresence so more defenses there. I tanked a A7 sirus die beam without issues.

Just a little fyi for anybody trying to harvest craft their -15 mana cost body armor. It's actually pretty "easy" to get both -15mana and endurance charge/sec if hit recently now. Just alt-spam your body armor for the endurance charge mod. Regal (and annul if you get a bad mod that can't be interacted with via harvest mechanics, ie 10 dex) then use "Augment an item with an Attack Modifier"

You end up with something like this:


From here further manipulation is just a matter of farming the seeds for an Augment an Item with Fire, and something to trade out a crafted resist for a non-crafted resist (T2 seed I believe)

My rng has been terrible for linking and I'm a bit busy so still a work in progress but its coming along nicely so far...

Never used one and I've been doing fine in red maps (T15-T16) - you can get the infused channeling buff and spam pods; I am using a mana flask though.

Hi guys, first time Scourge Arrow player here.I have finished awakener level 4 and have hit a wall.Awakener bosses are dying too slowly and I'm starting to have trouble with Blight mobs and clearing legion chests.



What are the most significant dps upgrades for me to work towards?I want to farm red maps comfortably for some currency.

Not vital at all, it's mostly QoL, specially if you also want to run precision or another extra aura, or want to charge it up between boss immune phases and keep holding the button. Also removes the need for hybrid flask, so you can trade it for a life flask for extra healing.
