I am not sure tbh.
I get this feedback a lot currently and I sadly can not say much about it.
When I leveled the character in Legion it felt very good from the get go. The game was scaled lower at that point though and since its a while that I leveled a melee char without gear I have no comparison.
If you are interested I can look over your gear when I am online the next time and give some advice.
Delirium however seems to be quite a hustle for many

I am not sure tbh.

Big question: aspect or rite of ruin?
Tried em.both back to back, at the moment I'm using aspect and I like it way more.
It's more reliable and I put in fortify to neglect some damage taken.
