Utterly disappointed with ps4 version

I'm completely hammered drunk tbh and can still call bullshit.

When a game is set to run at 60 or even 30fps and you cut it into a fraction, nothing will function properly- you nor your ps4.

So where's the video? Tier 15 on flashback. More mods active the better

In reality lag can be a great multitude of things. There's game lag, server lag, network lag.... hell, even people lag. Don't try to explain things that you don't understand to someone who used to install networks, k?

Lag is disconnecting from a server, so your input isn't read at all, it's a completely different thing. When the frames drop in a game though your input is still being read fine. Nothing that's guaranteed death in this game comes at you faster than in a fifth of a second. If your dying because of the few extra trash mob hits your taking your character is too squishy, that's still on you.


And also I'm not doing that, I don't even know if my newest character could handle a T15 to begin with, and my only other flashback character is mid respec. Because I'm an idiot and gave away all my currency for what I though was enough regrets.

Edit: Game lag is frame drops, server lag is short disconnections or lots of packet loss server side, and network lag is the previous reversed. It's not complicated at all. Lag is lag, when things don't work right. Lag in games though is only one thing, a bad connection.

Playing on standard ps4 slim. 1gb internet hardwired with cat6. I experienced some frame drops playing standard, but nothing even close to what I'm seeing in flashback.

What kind of content are you running though? Try some high quant/pack size maps with some sextants added in and let me know how your PS4 handles that. I can't tell you how many times I died to Harbingers with Beyond active this FB event because by the time I can react to a Beyond boss spawning or a volatile chasing me it's way too late. Even Perandus mobs with additional projectiles mods active can affect my PS4 performance a lot. And don't even get me started on desync and blue screen deaths especially while delving. Those feel unfair and make me wanna turn off the PS4 or go play something else.

I like this game and want to keep playing it and that's why I'm here complaining about performance. I see some people denying performance issues here on the forums and on Reddit and I don't get what they're trying to achieve. My guess is they're either still going through the acts and haven't done any serious mapping or they're simply trolling.
