I saw a patch.
I can not judge either buff or nahf.

The ES has risen by 1000 and the fire resistance is not enough.

The ES build has been weakened.
However, ES of this build does not decrease.

3.7 Progress Report from a fellow Legionaire, after the long weekend...

The new +40/8% Strength Node is great for us. I transitioned at Level 86 from 5000 HP (~30 Regrets) to a respectable 13k ES. The gear for this endeavour is very affordable, all in all less than 0.5 EX, excluding the Jeweller's Touch, that I got as a Legion drop.





9300 ES with no jewels
13100 ES with jewels

Additionally, it appears that GGG is planning to fix %attribute conversions to work, so "Utmost Intellect" should be a strong 5 pt investment for the future, providing 90 + 8% Strength (converted from Int)

Edit: Memory Vault is another solid Helm choice. Fire Res is wasted, but +4000 Armor is quite useful.
