I'm embarrass to say this but I was upgrading gears and meant to move the resist from my helm onto the chest and craft +1 zombie on the helm. I got confuse and gave him the chest and he couldn't craft it (no open prefix).

I realize what I did wrong and contacted him again to do the craft. The man was friendly and patient to a fault. I'll bookmark this page and use him again in the future.
