How We're Approaching the Melee Rebalance in 3.7.0

Please make Gladiator's Block amazing. The 30 skill points needed to get this to 75% is just awful, plus it is an RNG defense. When it gets to the 25% when I don't block, it's GG. Dead.
animation system? WTF they are talking about this is not fighting game lol. To really help melee we need aoe or multistrike nodes in tree, buff/get rid of accuracy, buff block and revising of 99% useless uniques. And only then numerical rebalance of skills.
3.7 patch note:

"Cyclone's radius is now halved, but compensated with 50% increased damage scaling. This is technically a buff."

plz add 130% movement speed cap to 3.7.
game is too fast paced to enjoy.
Rebalance, eh? Hah! What a joke! First GGG will unreasonably buff all melee in 3.7 and then in 3.8 melee will be severely nerfed even below 3.6.

Damage reduction
pool life
a little more dps


GGG fix melee skill in patchnote3.7
MORE DPS (form item and skill)
new skill with stupid dps
