Is Incandescent Heart still the Best chest in slot? or should i go for pure high ES chest? or i was thinking when using Aegis Aurorathen use The Queen's Hunger chest? With a roll like in the link?

Can anyone help me find out why my dot damage is so low? Paper dps on vortex says 133k. I feel like my build is similar, and the gear is not bad... over 300c invested. TY.

" Check out the others pages, i posted my build and i just did elder pretty easily, some others guys posted too, try to get the same gear of them. Try to get gear with DOT multiplier! the incandescent heart helps alot too with the chaos damage! |

" They gained access to my gmail via a malware, then it took them 3 emails to change ownership to someone else without ever going through 2FA. YouTube says they're working on it at least.. Biggest problem with this is that I pay my bills & rent with the income I get from twitch/YouTube. hey guys. really enjoying the build, though I'm feeling really squishy still. 9k ES (switched to a shield with more armor) but can get back to 9.8k. can you help with some advice here?
