Thanks for maintaining the build list.
In the Templar build list, Lilyliciously tags the builds not only by ascendancy, but also if they are League Starters, or if they are suitable for HC or SSF. Ball Lightning Elementalist - Comfortable, safe, scales well. Simply enjoying your balls. The guide focuses around the use of Ball Lightning. I've added items, gem links, skill tree, ascendancy. I added math around Area of Effect and Shock mechanics. The build focuses around realistic settings where you don't go full glass cannon max dps.
