The lack of shaper ring as well as Inpulsa really hurts your damage

I had a shaper ring i sold it cuz the dps gain didn't help me much as I was still dying cuz of low armor. I'll get an Inpulsa but how to survive t14+ ? Bosses kill decoy totem one or two hits and then i keep kiting and 80% of the time i still die. btw i really liked your videos i followed some of your other guides too shaper-elder management video.

Hope can figure out survivablity on this build somehow
