We have about the same armour items and the tree isn't different except i'm only level 82.

Why is the shield version with +2 level to socketed aura gems recommended for this build?

I'm making some maps and the quick cleaning of the map is not being effective.

it is taking too long to kill the bugs and it is making me bored. =(

Completed 20/20 simulacrum at level 89 but i feel very squishy (had 5 deaths and finished it on the last portal)

its actualy not since all stats of the shield just go to the golems.
So, buy the cheapest shield available.

Maybe outdated.
I have pretty much BIS gear and am lvl 98 and still die here and there in simulacrum. Maybe Stone Golems is better here cause of the AE Slam.

last time i played poe was quite some time ago (i think during 3.5)
Anyway id like to update my golemmancer for the current standard league.
Has anybody maybe the 3.9 version of this build for PoB available or one for 3.10 in standard?

I want to start by saying thanks for the awesome build.

I only started playing POE this season and have become slightly addicted whilst self isolating from Covid-19!

I wanted to try a minion based build and I switched from my incinerate Ele to this at the weekend. It took some adjusting of my playstyle but the power level even on a smaller budget (20ex) at the moment and its ripping through t16 maps and bosses.

I have completed several 20/20 simulacrums and A5 content. Currently at delve 220. I do die sometimes but its usually one shot from no where or explosions (mainly my fault!)

I'm saving up for a helm, ring and wand but maybe a new chest with life rolls would be better?

Can someone explain me. Why in guide ice golems have 2.5kk dmg via POB.
But when i load my build in POB i have only 500k when our difference in gear not big.
