" Buying the correct base,with the desired Prefix (10c, is really cheap, alteration spamming is reaaaally frustarting to get that prefix and Orbs of Annulment are very cheap at the moment.) Then being extremely lucky to isolate only the mod I wanted. Then all the crafts needed....6 exalteds more(3,for hits can´t be evaded mod alone, which is a HUGE boost for this build). Then Divine it to make it perfect. Total cost less than 7ex. Sell price, well,...it's BiS for this build,so who knows? Hit chance 100% and...here comes the big one: With Farruls Fur creating 6 Power Charges continuously (40%crit chance each) my crit chance is 100% without increased critical Support gem, so I put Empower level 3 in the 6L and Pob says at the moment Ice Nova damage is 442k.  As Farrul's Fur creates 3 Frenzy charges in my build every 6 secs I use:  Which is basically 70% movement speed+Onslaught. I use Dying Sun,  which adds 2 more Frostbolts,gives fire dmg mitigation and (25% inc.area for cyclone)and counter the High Fire Resistance, (you know, Wyse Oak, cold res highest,blabla), with this,  which adds both damage,cold and Phys Mitigation. What would be the best setup for clear speed and Uber Elder/Legion bosses?
I'm thinking going - UI + 2x Might of the Meek + Tempered Mind + Watcher's eye (Discipline leech) - Devoto (for mapping), Starkonja (for bossing) - Carcass Jack, maybe Loreweave for bossing - Zeel shield (for mapping), not sure what for bossing - Discipline + HoI + Precision 1) What you guys think? 2) Anyone tried getting CDR on boots to go Soul Tether + Glorious Vanity? Hatred, imho, is highly superior when it comes to damage to HoI. Sadly, it asks for level 3 Enlighten gem min, Check,this Watchers:
 And, I find this corruption on Shapers Touch to be amazing:  Which basically means, -31% Elemental Resistance on hit. Lower Enemy Cold Resistance on Pob Calcs and see your dmg scale up like a rocket.All other mods in these gloves, are good for us, specially, accuracy rating per Intelligence (300+Int means +600 Accuracy)and Mana per Strenght (160 Strenght=80more mana). The new templar timeless jewel gives 3% more spell damage per power charge + several elemental mods. You need the dominus one for spell damage.
I have one that gives 4% incr. Elemental damage per 10 devotion. You get 15-18% more spell damage for a single node. Seems pretty good. Especially since there is a nice jewel spot near witch tree that we take anyways. | |
