do we need to use a cospris 13% attack speed to not pass the 7,57 aps cap? I mean, i have x2 might of the meek and unnatural instinct and i have 7,58. I also removed "Coordination" node.

My attack speed in a cyclone game is 7.58. Belt 15 skill reduction. Is this normal or bad?

Im running 2 cospri atm. Dual Wielding them. One with Leech+Frostbolt+Ice Nova, and second with Vortex+Bonechill+Frostbolt.
Using shaper boots with 15% CD Recovery. Auras: Precision Herald of Ice+Curse on Hit+Enfeeble Discipline Using Tempered Mind next to instability for +ACC Shaper Touch Gloves (southbound gloves sometimes) because Maligaro gloves caps your Crit multi to 300%. APS 7.97 atm DW cospri is pretty comfy since i just cyclone. But I think the dps inc. is not there since you alternate between them when hitting with cyclone. Too lazy to go back to cospri+shield now. |

afaik optimal attack rate for new syclone base speed (300x) is just below 7.57aps with cdr 14%+
im just using two might of the meek and unnatural instinct, aps 7.41 + cdr coc works perfecto! my setup
