If you're talking about one with 1% damage per 15 intelligence, % attributes then it also needs much more flat attributes and Es to be better.
But if it was this, I would stack as much intelligence as possible like using brute force late game also. The tree would not change that much imo.

Hello, i'm currently playing this build in Synthesis, i currently have 4.7k ES and i'm wondering if it would be better to use Discipline instead of wrath to push my ES up to 5.6k? I currently need purity of elements to cap my resists so cant remove that one :/

Yes

i PoB'ed around a little bit and with the gear i can buy i only have 5,5k ES

isnt that muuuuch to less?
hows the regen? cause now i have 3,6k life+2.6k ES (without disci)
and the health flask realy safe me

5.5k es is minimum imho when you can start playing as CI without pain

I don't know why it is has to get Es for ppl. I'm lvl 85 with 7.5 k es and I did not invest heavily into any equipment or jewels.

purity of elements lvl 20 gives 27 all resists

with increased aura effect from tree it turn to 35 all resists

so you should cap fine )
