your watcher's eye is useless, we dont have phys damage to gain 19% of it as lightning, we have pure lightning damage from the beginning

get jewels with +10 total res, dual res if no enough

your es is really low for lvl 81, 6k is too low

So you would definitely recommend using this then? I'm really looking into changing my build but curious whether vaal haste is worth it.
